BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve your space. 

• Full balance of session fee is due upon delivery of finished images.

• Payment is accepted via cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.

SESSIONS & EXPECTATIONS

• All sessions are designed to have a more natural, candid feel than traditional portraiture. Be prepared to laugh, hug, be silly and let loose! The most important goal is to capture images that reflect your family and personalities accurately; please let me know if you have any specific requests of poses, expressions or moments you'd like to capture. 

• Deluxe sessions are approximately one hour long and held at the location of your choice. Book this for anything from a newborn to family or senior; the time allows for us to capture every pose/grouping combination, different areas within the location, and up to three clothing changes for seniors. The longer time also allows for more candid and natural moments as you play and engage together. 

• Deluxe sessions will result in 50-60 finished proofs; plenty of variety to choose from!

• Deluxe sessions can be held at any location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. On booking, we will discuss ideas to match the look and feel you have in mine, from a natural, earthy wildscape to bright urban murals and everything in between.

• Travel outside the DFW area is available starting at $150; travel fees may be waived and/or reduced for multiple concurrent sessions booked in the same location.

• Deluxe sessions are intended for one immediate family but we love multi-generational sessions! A $100 charge will be added for groups of 10+ to account for the additional time and proofs that will result.

• Lifestyle sessions are 2-3 hours long and designed to document your family in a more photojournalistic style. These often have one or two specific activities, such as baking cookies or bedtime routines, that capture this moment in time. Lifestyle sessions include a 8x8 custom photo book of the day for the ultimate keepsake. 

• Mini sessions are 20 minutes long and held only on specific dates and locations. Those dates will be posted on the website and sent via email. They can be booked for kids, families or seniors, but due to the limited time do not allow for clothing changes or wide variety in location. Mini sessions can not be booked for newborns.

• Mini sessions will result in 25-35 finished proofs; more than enough for a holiday card or quick update to the family portraits!

• Mini sessions will be held at different locations around the metroplex throughout the year. 

• Have a group of friends interested in the same location? Custom mini session dates are available; must book at least five concurrent sessions at the same location.

• Cap & gown minis are 30 minutes long and can be booked outside of regular mini session dates. These are designed for seniors only looking for one outfit and the cap and gown (worn over the same outfit.) This is a great option for college decision photos, getting updated recruitment head shots, or anyone who wasn't interested in a full senior experience but needs portraits for announcements and gifts. 

• Cap & gown minis can be booked at any location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Travel outside the DFW area is available starting at $150; travel fees may be waived and/or reduced for multiple concurrent sessions booked in the same location; friends scheduled concurrently can add a few images together to their session for an extra bonus!

• Commercial/editorial sessions are designed for professional head shots, branding packages, businesses needing marketing images, or special event photography. Those can be scheduled anywhere in the country; pricing varies by project and use. 

WHAT'S NEXT

• All sessions will receive 1-2 images as a sneak peek within 48 hours and the complete gallery of fully edited images within three weeks of session date. Please let us know if you are under a specific deadline and rush processing may be available.

• Additional minor editing (teeth whitening, blemishes) can be requested at no additional charge; editing fees may apply for substantial edit requests (head swap, etc.)

YOUR FINISHED PORTRAITS

• Images will be sent in a private online folder for immediate download; session fee includes print release to order cards, reprints and other items as needed from the vendor of your choosing. For prints, we recommend mpix.com or Walmart's in-store photo lab (not shipped.) For cards, we recommend minted.com. Please compare any reprints to your proof collection to ensure the quality is comparable and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. 

• If you prefer professional quality, a price list is available for wall art, small prints, photo books and custom cards.

• Your printed proofs (included with every session) are shipped as fine art 5x7 prints in a keepsake box; proofs will be submitted once the online gallery has been reviewed and approved for final edits and will arrive within 10 days.
